Endurance Achievements & Lessons
Real challenges. Real resilience. Real lived experience that shapes how I live, lead and speak.
WHY ENDURANCE MATTERS TO ME
Why I Push My Limits
Endurance has become a huge part of who I am, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally.
After losing my mum, rebuilding my life through movement, challenge and community, running and endurance gave me something powerful: discipline, purpose, perspective and a deeper understanding of resilience.
It’s shown me how to keep moving when it hurts, stay calm when life feels overwhelming, and trust consistency over motivation.
This isn’t about medals.
It’s about becoming someone stronger, day by day.
Highlights & Milestones
These are a few of the challenges that have helped define my mindset, resilience and sense of purpose — not just as an athlete, but as a speaker, leader and person.
Salisbury Plain 50-Mile Ultra — 9 hours 19 mins
Relentless endurance across brutal terrain — a test of mental strength as much as physical capability.
A milestone result reflecting commitment, pacing strategy and confidence under pressure.
Manchester Marathon — 3:16:47
Evidence of progression through hard work, patience and training discipline. This gave me an indication of what times to push for later on.
Brighton Half Marathon — 1:29:35
Tough Mudder 15km — 1:59
A challenge built on teamwork, grit, resilience and not backing away from discomfort.
A disciplined performance built through structure, consistency and belief when it mattered most.
Romsey 5 Mile — 31:47
Poole Parkrun — 19:29
Speed, control and pushing beyond comfort to find another level.
These aren’t just times or distances for me. They’re proof of discipline, resilience and mindset in action. Every challenge has taught me something about consistency, belief, and pushing forward when it hurts.
